Electrical Engineer — Deployments & Panel Fabrication

Onsite · Field-heavy · Bengaluru (with frequent travel)

Role overview

This is a field-first electrical role. You will spend a significant portion of your time at customer sites — installing electrical systems, commissioning panels, and ensuring everything runs correctly before you leave. Back at the lab, you will build and test electrical panels for upcoming deployments. If you are comfortable with wires, tools, and travel — and you take pride in clean, safe electrical work — this role is for you.

Who this role is for

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Electrical Engineering
  


• People who are comfortable with physical work — running cables, building panels, working on-site
  


• Candidates who are willing and able to travel frequently, including to semi-urban or rural farm locations
  


• Individuals who take pride in safe, clean, reliable electrical work
  


• Self-starters who can work independently at a customer site without hand-holding
  

Key skills & traits

Good to have

• Exposure to industrial electrical systems or automation panels
  


• Experience with solar power systems or battery backups
  


• Prior site installation or commissioning experience
  


• Basic familiarity with low-voltage DC systems (12V / 24V)
