The Role

We're seeking a Junior Full -Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team and contribute to the AcoMono project. You'll develop both backend and frontend features, grow your skills in a supportive environment, and help build scalable systems serving millions of merchants.

This is a unique opportunity to:

Backend Development

• Implement backend features using TypeScript and Node.js under guidance
  
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
  
• Build and optimize PostgreSQL queries with senior engineer support
  
• Contribute to API development and documentation
  
• Write unit tests using Jest for your code
  

Frontend Development

• Contribute to React components using TypeScript
  
• Work with Vite build tooling and modern frontend practices
  
• Implement features designed by the team
  
• Ensure UI -backend integration works smoothly
  
• Learn state management and data fetching patterns
  

Learning & Collaboration

• Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback
  
• Ask questions and seek mentorship from senior engineers
  
• Attend technical discussions and architecture sessions
  
• Contribute to improving documentation and code quality
  
• Collaborate with team members on feature delivery
  

Requirements

Must Have:

• Strong foundation in JavaScript or TypeScript
  
• Basic understanding of React or similar frontend framework
  
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
  
• Git basics and version control understanding
  
• Problem -solving mindset and willingness to learn
  
• Good communication skills
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Node.js or backend development
  
• Knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP concepts
  
• Exposure to Docker or containerization
  
• Understanding of testing and test -driven development
  
• Experience with Agile workflows
  
• Personal projects on GitHub showcasing your work
