Job Description - Management Trainee - Accounts

Job Title - Management Trainee - Accounts

Internship duration- 6 months followed by permanent employment opportunity

Location - Pune

Working hours - 9 hours - Flexible shift between 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Salary - Internship stipend - 20,000/- per month and annual salary depending on performance after 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

Handle bank related documentation

Maintain inventory and stock updates; conducts audits with logistics team

Manage booking and payments, purchase sales and invoicing

Create and manage reports as and when required

Support the sales operations and logistics as and when required

Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data

Qualification Criteria:

B.Com, M.Com, relevant field fresher

Minimum 70% score in degree.

Skills:

Taking ownership of the work

Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills.

Strong confidence level, positive attitude and proactive behavior.

Open to learning and developing

Personal Qualities and Behavior traits:

Ability to work as part of the team and individually

Demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members

Good organizational and communication skills and excellent attention to details

Interact with individuals to provide needed information

Quick learner in adopting new tools

Performance Goals:

Able to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously.

Ensures timely response to relevant stakeholders
