Assist in conducting biodiversity (flora and fauna), habitat, and ecological field surveys.
Support the collection, recording, and validation of field and secondary data using standard scientific methodologies.
Assist with field logistics and coordinate with team members during surveys.
Support the compilation and basic analysis of ecological and biodiversity data.
Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, maps, and other project documentation.
Maintain and update project databases and field records.
Assist the ecology team in executing biodiversity and environmental projects.
Coordinate with field teams and support communication with project stakeholders as required.
Help track project activities and ensure timely submission of assigned tasks.
Assist in preparing technical documents, proposals, and project-related materials.
Support biodiversity conservation, ecological restoration, and nature-based solution projects.
Learn and stay updated on emerging tools, methodologies, and best practices in biodiversity conservation and environmental management.

Candidates with internship, dissertation, academic project, or field survey experience in biodiversity, ecology, wildlife, forestry, environmental science, or natural resource management will be preferred.
Master's degree (completed or pursuing final semester) in Botany, Zoology, Wildlife Science, Forestry, Environmental Science/Management, Ecology, Life Sciences, Natural Resource Management, or allied disciplines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Basic understanding of GIS tools (QGIS/ArcGIS) and ecological data analysis is desirable.
Interest in biodiversity assessment, ecological surveys, and environmental conservation.
Exposure to biodiversity surveys, wildlife studies, ecological fieldwork, or academic research.
Basic knowledge of GPS, GIS (QGIS/ArcGIS), mobile data collection applications, or statistical tools such as R Studio or PAST.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in field conditions across different project locations.
Passion for biodiversity conservation, ecology, and environmental sustainability.
Good observation, data collection, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn scientific field survey methodologies and ecological assessment techniques.
Basic awareness of biodiversity and sustainability concepts such as No Net Loss (NNL), biodiversity conservation, ecosystem restoration, and nature-based solutions will be an added advantage.
