NextGenSales Training Program | Haystack Analytics

A 15-day training-to-hire program for fresh graduates in healthcare & life sciences fields.

Who Can Apply Graduates from:

Bachelors of B. Pharm, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genomics, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences & allied fields

Program Structure

Phase 1: Classroom Training (4 Days | Navi Mumbai)

• Company, healthcare industry & genomics diagnostics overview


• Product portfolio & molecular diagnostic solutions


• Healthcare sales training, doctor interaction & pitching skills


• Grooming & field-readiness sessions


• Product-based and final evaluation assessments


• Travel reimbursement: Two-way travel expenses reimbursed up to ₹2,500 (proof to be submitted) for participants travelling from outside training city.

Phase 2: On-Field Training (For candidates shortlisted after Phase 1)

• Hospital & diagnostic centre visits


• Doctor meetings and real client interactions


• Territory management & field execution alongside Regional Sales Managers


• Real-time healthcare sales exposure

Note - Stipend: . ₹5,000 will be provided only to candidates who complete the full 10-day Phase 2 training.

Only on Successful Completion

• Industry Training Certificate from Haystack Analytics


• Stipend of ₹5,000


• Full-time job offer based on final evaluation & RSM feedback

Note 1: Candidates not shortlisted after Phase 1 will conclude the program after the Classroom training.

Note 2: Stipend and certificate will be awarded only upon successful completion of the entire training program. Participants who discontinue midway will not be eligible for either.

Note 3: Participants have the choice to join the training either in Navi Mumbai or Bangalore, as per their convenience.
Travel reimbursement of up to ₹2,500 will be provided to participants traveling from outside the training city (subject to submission of valid travel proofs). Participants are requested to arrange their own stay and accommodation.
