Role: Marketing & Content Creator Intern

Department : Marketing

Internship Duration: 3 months, with potential conversion to a full-time role based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Shoot engaging Instagram Reels and short-form video content for social media.


• On-Camera Content: Appear in videos, deliver scripts confidently, and communicate ideas naturally on camera. 


• Scriptwriting: Write creative, relatable, and engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, skits, trends, and educational content.


• Trend Research: Identify trending formats, sounds, memes, and content opportunities to create relevant, engaging content.


• Influencer Marketing: Assist with influencer research, outreach, campaign coordination, and execution.


• Marketing Support: Contribute to social media planning, campaign ideation, competitor research, and other marketing initiatives. 


• Creative Experimentation: Suggest new ideas, experiment with different content formats, and contribute to improving social media performance. 

Requirements

• Someone who genuinely enjoys creating content and is confident in front of the camera.


• Strong communication skills and a natural, engaging on-camera presence. 


• Good creative writing skills, especially for short-form video scripts.


• A basic understanding of social media, Instagram trends, and digital marketing.


• A proactive, creative individual who takes initiative and gets things done. 


• Someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and open to taking up new responsibilities, including influencer marketing.


• Prior experience creating content, running a personal social media page, or having a portfolio of videos is a plus.
