Job Description - Marketing Intern

A brief description of the Marketing Intern role is provided below:

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to support brand awareness and lead -generation initiatives.
2. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to provide insights that support marketing strategies and client -facing initiatives.
3. Support content creation for marketing collateral, including social media posts, blogs, presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
4. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and creative agencies to support branding, design, and communication deliverables.
5. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics while identifying opportunities for optimization.
6. Assist in managing Embark’s digital presence, including website updates, social media engagement, and community building activities.
7. Help organize marketing events, webinars, and client -focused sessions by supporting logistics, outreach, and promotions.
8. Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to support innovation within the marketing function.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Postgraduate degree MBA in Marketing with a strong academic record (CGPA of >7/10).
2. Prior internship experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand communications, or related areas will be an added advantage.
3. Strong communication skills – written and verbal, with an ability to create crisp and engaging content.
4. Creative thinking with a strong understanding of digital and social media landscapes.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
6. Strong research capabilities with attention to detail and structured thinking.
7. Interest in brand strategy, digital marketing, market research, and the evolving GCC ecosystem.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams.
