NSDC Sponsored Skill Excellence Selection Drive – Competitive Video Assessment

We are pleased to announce the NSDC Sponsored Skill Excellence Initiative, a merit-based selection drive designed to identify and sponsor high-potential students for advanced industry-aligned skill development programs.

As an authorized Training Partner under the National Skill Development ecosystem, we have received limited sponsored seats in high-demand technology domains including:

• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
• Cloud Computing
• Networking & Cyber Security
• Full Stack Application & Web Development
• Data Analytics

Due to limited seat allocation, candidates will undergo a structured Competitive Video Assessment Round, followed by a live technical interview for shortlisted applicants.

Objective

To identify serious, motivated, and technically inclined candidates who demonstrate strong foundational knowledge, career clarity, and commitment to completing the sponsored training program.

Eligibility

• BE / BTech (All branches with interest in technology)
  

• BCA / BSc (CS/IT)
  

• MCA / MSc (CS/IT/Data-related fields)
  

• Final year students & recent graduates preferred
  

Selection Process

Round 1 – Recorded Video Assessment
Candidates will respond to structured questions evaluating:

• Career intent and clarity
  

• Technical foundation
  

• Problem-solving mindset
  

• Self-learning ability
  

• Commitment to program completion
  

Round 2 – Live Technical Interview
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a live interaction with our academic panel.

Final sponsorship allocation will be strictly merit-based.
