Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition Partners in recruiting efforts. They generally focus on a specific market for recruiting. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator screens potential candidates and then arranges interviews and qualifications. Entry-level position.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Supporting Centific Talent Acquisition Partners in recruiting for both work-from-home and onsite positions.
• Looking for external resources to fulfill a variety of AI data-related positions. Talent Acquisition Coordinators will typically focus on a specific market or segment as part of a wider recruitment initiative owned by Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Following recruiting requirements established by the Recruiting team and hiring managers, based on project scope, organization plans, and set targets.
• Building and expanding applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and Internet sites, and providing them with organizational information, opportunities, and benefits.
• Determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and required tasks.
• Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determining applicant’s suitability by comparing qualifications to job requirements and analyzing communication and responses.
• Organizing interviews with applicants.
• Managing the qualification process by sending tests to candidates. If applicable, communicating with candidates on the results.
• Helping to avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation in a specific market, enforcing regulations with managers, and recommending new procedures.
• Negotiating rates with candidates according to the project requirements. Assess best rates achievable.
• Logging successful candidates into vendor database.
• Processing and archiving collaboration agreements.
• Additional duties as required.
Requirements
• University degree required. Advanced degrees are a plus
• Good communication skills.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities.
• Advanced user of online networks and communities.
• Previous experience in recruiting resources in an international environment a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
• Remote, office, or hybrid work environment depending on specific position.
• Organizational, multi-tasking skills.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative.
