Operation Assistant Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Assistant Intern to support the Operations Team in day-to-day coordination activities. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to business operations, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced work environment.

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Team in daily coordination activities.


• Support communication and follow-ups with different departments.


• Help prepare basic reports, presentations, and operational documents.


• Maintain and update records, files, and documentation.


• Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining meeting-related details.


• Support tracking of pending tasks and updates from different teams.


• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Operations teams for required updates.


• Assist in preparing Excel sheets, trackers, and MIS reports.


• Support documentation of processes and operational activities.


• Perform other operational support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.

Experience

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.


• Internship/project experience in operations, administration, or coordination will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Good organizational and time management skills.


• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.


• Ability to coordinate with different teams.
