Job Description - Operations and Projects Intern

Job Requirement

• Create and document SOPs, workflows, and trackers for smoother operations

• Support in planning along with MIS dashboards to track key plant metrics

• Identify process gaps and support implementation of fixes

• Coordinate across teams for project timelines, task updates, and reporting

• Support vendor follow -ups, spare parts planning, and internal audit

Requirements

• Final year students/fresh graduates

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and a knack for organizing data

• Proactive, detail -oriented, and comfortable with a manufacturing environment

• Fluent in Tamil and English
