About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Intern for Kaaiser, to support our application submission process for Australian universities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and keen to learn end-to-end student application operations in the study abroad ecosystem.
What You Will Own
- Application Processing & Submission
- Assist in preparing and submitting student applications to Australian universities
- Ensure accuracy of documents, forms, and data as per university requirements
- Documentation & Coordination
- Check completeness of academic, financial, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect information
- Tracking & Follow-ups
- Update application status on internal systems and spreadsheets
- Follow up on pending submissions and university responses
- Process Support
- Support the team in maintaining process checklists and timelines
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures for application submissions
How Success Will Be Measured
Accuracy and completeness of submitted applications
Timely submission within university deadlines
Responsiveness and coordination with internal teams
About You
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any discipline)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic understanding or interest in study abroad processes (preferred)
Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and systems
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
You’re a Notch Above If You Have
Prior internship or exposure to study abroad or education consulting
Familiarity with Australian university application processes
Strong follow-up and communication skills
