 What You’ll Do:

• Act as a thought partner to creators to shape and grow their existing & new bootcamps
  
  

• Own sales & marketing execution for bootcamps – drive performance and revenue
  
  

• Shape the positioning, pricing, and structure of new bootcamps (length, format, audience, outcomes)
  
  

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ops, community) to drive execution
  
  

• Manage student engagement in bootcamp communities (WhatsApp, Telegram)
  
  

• Collect and analyze data (feedback, engagement, revenue) to improve program quality
  
  

• Maintain strong relationships with creators to grow trust and long-term collaboration
  
  

 What We’re Looking For:

• High ownership mindset & execution ability
  
  

• Strong communication & people skills (Hindi + English)
  
  

• Analytical & creative thinker who understands content, community, and conversion
  
  

• Passion for the creator economy, digital learning, and transformation-focused education
  
  

• Bonus: Prior experience in content-led marketing, cohort-based courses, or working with creators
