Key Responsibilities

Pillar 1 — Operational Support

• Support day -to -day operations including client onboarding on platforms like BSE and NSE, resolving client queries, tracking transaction status, sending reports, and handling physical documentation
  
• Assist in maintaining accurate client records and ensuring timely, error -free processing across the servicing lifecycle
  

Pillar 2 — Team Coordination

• Support smooth team coordination to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution; collect and analyse mutual fund data as required by the team
  
• Maintain a tracker of all actionable items for operations and follow up with teams for timely completion
  

Pillar 3 — Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with various AMCs and platform partners (CAMS/KFinTech) to help resolve operational queries
  
• Support the evaluation and analysis of Mutual Funds, PMS, and other investment products
  

Who Should Apply

• Commerce students / graduates (B.Com, BBA) or MBA / PGDM (Finance) candidates
  
• Aspiring wealth / asset management professionals and capital markets enthusiasts
  
• Detail -oriented, process -driven individuals with strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
  
• Prior BFSI / AMC internship — an advantage
  
• NISM Mutual Fund Distributor certification — an advantage
  

Required Skills & Attributes

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (must be able to use formulas) and MS PowerPoint
  
• Commerce background preferred; recently completed / pursuing BBA / MBA
  
• Willingness to obtain the NISM Mutual Funds Distributor certification during or post the internship
  
• Proactive, detail -oriented attitude and eagerness to learn; prior AMC exposure or knowledge of mutual fund schemes is an added advantage
