Operations Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. As an Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in business operations, process management, and working with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency while contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operational activities and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.


• Prepare, maintain, and update operational reports and trackers.


• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.


• Support data collection, validation, and analysis for business reporting.


• Help streamline processes by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables are a plus).


• Basic knowledge of business operations and process management.


• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.


• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
