Responsibilities
•Collaborate with key stakeholders in baker Tilly One India, to understand and define project requirements in the people space.
•Maintain and leverage external industry relationships and contribute to the project in terms of technology, tools and best practices.
•Execute projects that are aligned with the objectives of the firm
•Understand the people ecosystem and collaborate to offer integrated people solutions, both on the business and behavioural side
•Deliver on the HR projects, ensure roll out of pilot and garner feedback.
Qualifications
•Enrolled in the master’s degree program in human resources or related field required. 65% and above across 10th, 12th & degree
•SHRM certification a plus
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Able to work independently and influence a diverse, global team.
•Collaborative and attentional to detail mindset
•Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
•Ability to network, problem solve and apply sound judgement.
