Performance Marketing Intern – Travel

Marzi is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to generate qualified travel enquiries through Meta advertising.

The role will involve setting up and optimizing campaigns, creating simple ad creatives, and closely managing both the quality and cost of leads generated for Marzi Travel.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage lead-generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  


• Create simple static and video ads using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
  


• Test different audiences, creatives, messages and campaign formats.
  


• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for lead quality and CAC.
  


• Work with the Travel team to understand whether leads are relevant and conversion-ready.
  


• Track the complete funnel from ad click to lead, qualified enquiry and booking.
  


• Maintain campaign dashboards and share weekly performance insights.
  


• Identify and scale campaigns that deliver high-quality leads at an efficient cost.
  

Candidate Profile

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and digital advertising.
  


• Comfortable working with numbers, campaign dashboards and spreadsheets.
  


• Ability to create simple, clear and effective ad creatives.
  


• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  


• Willingness to test, learn and optimize campaigns continuously.
  


• Prior internship or hands-on experience with Meta ads is preferred.
