We are looking for an enthusiastic and well -organized Placement Intern to support our placement and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in communication, and eager to learn about talent acquisition, employer outreach, and student/candidate management. This role offers hands -on experience in recruitment processes, corporate networking, data handling, and event coordination.
Assist in coordinating placement activities such as student registrations, resume collection, and interview scheduling.
Maintain and update candidate databases, job postings, placement trackers, and employer contacts.
Communicate with companies for internship and job opportunities, sharing profiles and following up on hiring updates.
Support the preparation and improvement of student resumes, portfolios, and LinkedIn profiles.
Help organize placement drives, career fairs, workshops, and pre -placement talks.
Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews (online/offline) and ensure smooth communication between students and recruiters.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and placement statistics for internal use.
Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, emails, and scheduling.
Support the placement team with research on industry trends and hiring patterns.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable interacting with students, faculty, and corporate representatives.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slide).
Attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.
