Program Details:
Duration: 12 months apprenticeship
Work Model: 5 days working from office
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Data crunching to screen and process the data and provide it to internal calling team and sales team through advanced excel.
- Data cleansing, de-duplication to be done on the data maintained offline to avoid reallocation of the renewal customer accounts and the leads where team is in touch.
- Utilization of internal application - to be used for allocation of data to the sales and inside sales team.
- Experienced in analyzing sales data using Excel and Power BI.
- Able to create reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively.
- Proficient in using Power Query in Power BI to clean data.
- Able to ensure that filter context flows downstream from lookup tables to data tables. o Experienced in preparing and reviewing weekly pipeline and sales dashboards with top management.
- Skilled in managing and coordinating sales data analysis.
- Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks based on their importance and urgency.
- To ensure that the leads coming in through various sources are collated and screened for further allocation to sales team.
- Timely feedback shared with the relevant stakeholders to update the database.
- Sharing Dashboard with the Management on a Monthly basis for various associations/channels.
- Recon with Marketing Communication team to be done on a weekly basis on the leads received.
- Managing the lead inflow and allocation through the DUNS Tracker tool to ensure process adherence on lead management.
- Activation of DRS/ERS through online portal
- Contact Data to be provided for the various email campaigns.
- Data and dashboards to be maintained for email campaigns.
- Initiating Email Blast through Marketo for the team to generate leads.
- Taking up additional responsibilities whenever required for new projects.
Key Requirements:
- Expert level proficiency in advance Excel and POWER BI. Should be able to use Macros.
- Freshers with some relevant internship experience in data management
- Should be a graduate, post graduate preferrable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of prioritizing tasks based on their importance and urgency
- Effective collaboration with the sales team and key stakeholders through proactive engagement.
- Willingness to work from the office five days a week, with flexibility to extend working hours during high-demand periods.
