Project Support Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Intern to assist our project team in the successful execution of ongoing projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to project coordination, testing activities, documentation, and on-site support. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and gain practical experience in project management and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the project team in day-to-day project execution and coordination.


• Perform testing activities and document observations and outcomes.


• Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for project discussions and review meetings.


• Provide on-site support during project activities, client meetings, and events as required.


• Track project tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.


• Maintain project documentation and reports.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.


• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project updates.


• Carry out additional project-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Computer Applications, or a related field.


• Strong organizational and coordination skills.


• Good verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).


• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Requirements

• Internship Duration: Until December.


• Travel: Willingness to travel for project-related activities is mandatory.


• Comfortable working on-site whenever required.
