Stipend: Up to 15,000 INR (Fixed + Variable)

Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM IST

Your Attributes:

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.

- Keen attention to detail and superb organizational skills.

- Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a bonus but not a dealbreaker!

- A passion for learning and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

- Maintain our exceptional 90% interview completion rate through proactive communication and follow-ups.

- Tackle scheduling conflicts head-on by collaborating effectively with candidates and interviewers.

- Ensure all candidates are well-prepared and informed about the companies and jobs they’re applying for.

- Work with our agile scheduling team to coordinate interviews seamlessly, making sure both clients and candidates have a smooth experience.
