Job Description - Require a Digital Sales Specialist - Intern in Mumbai

Digital Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective digital sales strategies that align with overall business objectives. Stay up -to -date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing tactics to ensure a competitive edge.
· Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, online advertising, and search engine optimization. Use data -driven insights to prioritize and qualify leads.
· Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients in a consultative manner, understanding their digital needs, challenges, and goals. Tailor solutions to address their specific requirements and showcase the value proposition of our digital products/services.
· Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM software. Regularly update and report on sales activities and progress towards targets.
· Digital Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's digital offerings, including software, platforms, and services. Articulate the benefits and features of digital products to potential clients.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing digital clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross -selling.
· Negotiation and Closing: Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals while addressing objections and concerns. Ensure contracts and agreements are executed accurately.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross -functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
· Metrics and Reporting: Analyse sales data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital sales strategies. Make data -driven adjustments to optimize results.
 Â· Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, sales techniques, and digital marketing best practices. Continuously improve your digital sales skills through training and self -guided learning.



Requirements

Required education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

· Close to graduating from a STEM MBA Program no earlier than 2027. 
· Have a strong affinity with technology, like to be hands -on and explore and build your skills. 
· Have a year or two of software sales experience working with clients on solving problems and helping them digitally transform their business.

Preferred technical and professional experience

· B.Tech/B.E Background with MBA
