Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and curious Freshers who want to build high-performance backend systems using Rust. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy systems programming, problem-solving, and learning modern backend technologies while working on real-world products used by developers globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Rust.
  

• Build scalable APIs and microservices for real-time communication products.
  

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
  

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
  

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
  

• Learn and work with distributed systems and high-concurrency applications.
  

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Rust fundamentals, ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes.
  

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
  

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and System Design concepts.
  

• Knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, and client-server architecture.
  

• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
  

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of asynchronous programming concepts.
  

• Understanding of multithreading and concurrency.
  

• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  

• Exposure to Linux, Docker, or cloud platforms.
  

• Personal projects, internships, or contributions to open-source projects using Rust.
  

Eligibility

• BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  

• Strong academic fundamentals in programming and computer science concepts.
