Closing Gap is a globally operating business solutions company with registered entities in India and the UK. We support SMEs, startups, and professional service firms across outsourcing, recruitment support, automation, and operational execution.
We are looking for Sales Interns who are confident in conversations, consistent with follow -ups, and willing to take ownership of outcomes. This is a hands -on, execution -heavy role designed to provide real exposure to how sales pipelines are built, nurtured, and closed.
This is a paid, performance -linked internship where results matter more than activity.
Make outbound calls to prospects and handle inbound follow -ups
Execute email and LinkedIn outreach using approved templates
Generate and qualify leads through research and direct conversations
Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
Understand client needs and clearly explain Closing Gap’s services
Share quotes, proposals, and basic service details with prospects
Handle initial queries and objections under supervision
Maintain lead trackers, call logs, and outreach records
Coordinate meetings between prospects and internal business heads
Update CRM or internal trackers with accurate lead information
Track lead status, follow -ups, and conversion stages
Support reporting on outreach efforts, conversions, and outcomes
Final -year students, fresh graduates, or early -career professionals interested in sales and business growth
Individuals comfortable with calling, follow -ups, and customer conversations
Self -driven executors who prefer real responsibility over passive roles

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in speaking with prospects and stakeholders
High ownership, discipline, and follow -through
Ability to learn products, pricing, and sales processes quickly
Exposure to sales, lead generation, or outreach
Familiarity with emails, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, or CRM tools
Interest in business development or consulting -style sales
