ROLE DEFINITION The Social Media Analyst handles the implementation of social media strategies for clients. The Social Media Analyst has to understand quickly and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns, specific to social media. RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLES Profile Creation & Optimisation Community Management: Daily Social activity Research and administer social media tools Client Management & Monthly Report Presentation TASKS & ACTIVITIES Profile Creating & Optimisation Creation of Gmail Business account for the client Get access to the client's existing social media account and create missing social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin) Give Admin access for Aatmia's main social account [Aatmia Prineesh (FB) & Prineesh Aatmia (LD) ] Optimize all social accounts (Ensure bio and all short contents are filled according to the client's goal and that the images used in the profile are up to the mark) Change the Cover pic of the social account, when it is needed to align to the offer we run for the brand. Make sure all features in the social media are enabled for the brand. (Page name, Bot Chat, CTA Button,) Community Management: Build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences Regular Interaction with clients Respond efficiently to queries Keep clients engaged Daily Social Activity: Schedule approved posts in the tool and social media and ensure it. Conduct Hashtag Research per post for better engagement. Published posts to be reshared in stories and relevant groups based on the client's package Pin important posts Engage in weekly concept creation meeting Research and administer social media tools: Research on a daily basis in support of clientsâ social media strategy Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis to understand what works for the brand Take part in the weekly brand brainstorming session and communicate to the team and management on project development, timelines, and results Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments Client Management & Monthly Report Presentation Client coordination for calendar and design approval and updating the team on the progress. Communicating with the client in the desired channel Collect data like Reach, Like, Impression from SMO Tool, Reviews, and Leads from SMO analysts. Prepare a presentation report for the last calendar month. Present the same to the client MEASUREMENT METRICS Page achievements (Key Parameters like Page Like, Community management, Reach & Share) Creative calendar ideas Client satisfaction On-time processes and delivery
