Job Description - Snaphomz - SEO Executive

Summary:

We are seeking a detail -oriented and technically proficient Growth SEO Specialist to lead the development and scaling of SnapHomz’s organic growth engine. As a key member of our rapidly expanding team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming vast volumes of municipal data—ranging from GIS and Census information to zoning regulations—into a high -authority, AI -ready LocalWiki platform. Your work will directly influence how users discover, trust, and engage with real estate information, positioning SnapHomz as the leading destination for long -tail, high -intent searches. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, data intuition, and strategic thinking to architect scalable SEO systems that outperform legacy players like Zillow and Redfin. You will collaborate closely with data, engineering, and editorial teams to ensure every page is optimized for search visibility, crawl efficiency, and AI citation.

After completion of the internship, the candidate will be offered 4–4.5 LPA

Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable programmatic SEO (pSEO) architectures that generate 10,000+ neighborhood -specific pages without triggering content quality penalties.
Develop and deploy advanced JSON -LD schema (Place, RealEstateListing, FAQ, LocalBusiness) to enhance AI -readiness and increase chances of being cited in Google’s AI Overviews and LLMs.
Build and manage data -to -content pipelines that transform raw municipal datasets (CSV/JSON) into human -authored, editorial -grade narratives using AI -assisted writing frameworks.
Optimize crawl budget and indexation strategy to ensure 95%+ indexation rate for high -value “Money Pages” while deprioritizing low -value filtered or sorted URLs.
Conduct weekly technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and other tools to identify and resolve site authority leaks.
Collaborate with the India Data Team to prioritize data extraction based on search demand and user intent.
Draft clear technical requirements (PRDs) for developers to implement Server -Driven UI (SDUI) changes and performance optimizations.
Design and maintain an automated internal linking matrix to strengthen authority flow between LocalWiki pages and live property listings.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
Strong understanding of JSON -LD schema implementation and SEO best practices.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript and React to understand front -end rendering and site behavior.
Hands -on experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and programmatic SEO tools.
Prior experience in a high -growth marketplace environment (Real Estate, Travel, or Directory) is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross -functional teams in a fast -paced startup setting.
0–1 year of relevant work experience; recent graduates with strong project portfolios are encouraged to apply.
