Responsibilities

• Assist in the conceptualization and creation of engaging visual content, including graphics, short-form videos, and stories tailored for various social media channels.
  
• Support the scheduling and publishing of daily posts to ensure consistent brand visibility and audience interaction.
  
• Monitor social media platforms to track trends, analyze engagement metrics, and report on the performance of campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative ideas for content calendars and promotional activities.
  
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster community growth.
  
• Conduct research on industry competitors and emerging social media trends to identify opportunities for brand improvement.
  
• Help organize and execute digital campaigns, contests, and interactive events to boost audience participation.
  

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  
• A strong passion for social media trends, digital culture, and creative storytelling.
  
• Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva is highly preferred.
  
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook) and their specific content requirements.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  
• No prior professional work experience is required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
