Job Title: Software Developer Trainee 

We are looking for enthusiastic Software Developer Trainees who are passionate about programming, problem-solving, and building real-world applications.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong programming fundamentals


• Hands-on experience with any programming language — C, C++, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP, Go, or similar


• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Basic understanding of databases and SQL


• Familiarity with APIs and client-server architecture (preferred, but not required)


• Willingness to learn and contribute to real-world software projects

Learning Path & Training Focus

We provide a structured, hands-on training program where you’ll progress from foundational concepts to real-world development:

• Go (Golang) is the primary backend language used in our projects, and you’ll receive full training to become proficient — no prior Go experience is required.


• Begin with Go fundamentals (syntax, concurrency, standard library)


• Move into building RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems


• Apply your learning through guided projects and real-world code contributions

What You’ll Gain Exposure To

• Backend application development using Go


• RESTful API design and implementation


• Database integration (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)


• Git and collaborative version control workflows


• Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization


• Code reviews and industry best practices


• End-to-end development of real-world software projects

Who Can Apply?

Recent graduates and freshers from any of the following backgrounds:

• B.E./B.Tech


• B.Sc. (Computer Science / IT / related fields)


• BCA


• MCA


• M.Sc. (Computer Science / related fields)


• Other relevant technical degrees

Preference will be given to candidates with academic projects, personal projects, GitHub contributions, or any prior hands-on programming experience — but these are not required to apply.
