Software Intern

• Collaborate with the IT team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules.
  
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
  
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging issues within the ServiceNow environment.
  
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing efforts related to ServiceNow development best practices and solutions.
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Prior experience with ServiceNow development (preferred but not required).
