Solutioning Intern

Role
Overview:

We are currently expanding
our Solutioning function at Daloopa and are looking for an enthusiastic
and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join the team. The ideal
candidate should have strong analytical skills, a passion for working with
data, and the ability to generate meaningful insights to support business
decisions. 

The Data Analyst will work
closely with multiple teams to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from
various sources. The role will primarily focus on preparing reports,
maintaining dashboards, identifying trends, and supporting business operations
through data-driven insights. The candidate will also be able to collaborate
with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to process improvement
initiatives, reporting automation, and data quality enhancement projects. This
role offers excellent learning opportunities and exposure to business
intelligence, analytics tools, and large-scale datasets. 

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting: 

·       Collect,
clean, and analyze data from multiple internal systems and datasets. 

·       Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support business and operational decisions. 

·       Identify
trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide actionable
insights. 

·       Create
and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms using
Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools. 

·       Ensure
accuracy and consistency of data across reports and databases. 

Data Management: 

·       Assist in maintaining structured databases and
documentation for reporting activities. 

·       Work with
large datasets and ensure timely updates of business-critical information. 

·       Support
process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis. 

Stakeholder Coordination: 

·       Collaborate
with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Product, and
Business teams for data requirements. 

·       Understand
reporting needs and deliver accurate analysis within timelines. 

·       Communicate findings and insights clearly to internal
stakeholders. 

Process Improvement & Automation: 

·        Identify opportunities to automate repetitive
reporting tasks and improve efficiency. 

·       Assist in
developing templates, trackers, and automated workflows for reporting
processes. 

·       Support
implementation of new reporting tools and systems where required. 

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

1.Technical Skills: 

•  Good
  knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 
  
•   Basic
  understanding of SQL and databases. 
  
•  Familiarity
  with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
  is preferred. 
  

 2. Soft Skills: 

•   Strong
  analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  
•  Attention
  to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  
•   Ability
  to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
  
• Preferred Tools & Technologies :- MS
  Excel, SQL, Power BI , Data Visualization & Reporting Tools
