Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Office Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

A Senior HR Associate is responsible for overseeing various human resources functions, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and compliance with regulations. Their key responsibilities include:

• Managing recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  
• Overseeing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  
• Administering compensation and benefits programs.
  
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  
• Supporting employee development through training and career planning.
  
• Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision -making.
  
• Collaborating with management to develop and implement HR strategies.
  

This role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in HR practices and procedures.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
  
  
• Master's Degree (Preferred): A Master's in HR, MBA with a focus on HR, or related fields is often preferred.
