Job Description - Strategy & Business Analysis Intern - Bengaluru Only

About the Role:

We’re looking for MBA students with a strategic mindset and a passion for

problem -solving to join us as Strategy & Business Analysis Interns.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our leadership team on key projects that influence how we

plan, forecast, and scale the business. You’ll get hands -on exposure to real challenges — from

market analysis and business planning to performance tracking and process optimization.

What You’ll Do:

â Work with leadership on strategic planning, forecasting, and business reviews.

â Conduct market and competitive analysis to support decision -making.

â Build and track key business metrics, dashboards, and reports.

â Identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.

â Support in preparing presentations and business cases for leadership discussions.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

â MBA students specializing in Strategy, Finance, Operations, or General Management.

â Strong analytical, problem -solving, and storytelling skills.

â Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with PowerPoint / data tools is a plus.

â Comfortable working in a fast -paced, unstructured environment.

â Self -starter with curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action.
