Talent Acquisition Associate/ Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern with 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source and engage quality IT professionals.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment while working with experienced hiring managers and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.


• Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.


• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.


• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


• Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.


• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.


• Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports.


• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.


• Assist in onboarding activities and documentation whenever required.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.


• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.


• Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.


• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.


• MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
