Job Description - Talent Acquisition Intern


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Work from Office role

  • Source, screen and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media etc

  • Draft recruitment matters for job posting on appropriate job portals/newspapers/colleges etc

  • Assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

  • Branding of the Company amongst prospective candidates

  • Act as a point of contact and maintain a good repo with the candidate during the selection process

  • Onboard new employees for their smooth induction in the organization

  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

  • Participate and complete tasks assigned related to HR functions & activities


Desired Candidate Profile



  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Capable to handle elementary to mid-level profiles

  • Proactive, Energetic and never give up attitude

  • Should have a Learning Attitude

  • Able to meet given deadlines

  • Tech Savvy: Good at MS Office, advanced excel, PPTs etc.

  • Excellent coordination skills with sa ense of ownership


Qualification & Experience:



  • MBA/PGDM/MMS

  • 8,000 to 12,000 - Stipend 

  • Prior experience in similar role will be an added advantage
