Job Description - Talent Acquisition Intern

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Post job openings on job portals and internal/external platforms

• Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers

• Support employer branding and recruitment drives, as required

• Ensure timely follow -ups with candidates and provide a smooth candidate experience

• Assist the HR team with other recruitment -related activities as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) is an advantage

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and meet deadlines
