Job Description - Talent Acquisition Intern

Hiring Talent Acquisition Interns:

Company: Navinyaa Solutions
Location: Doddaballapur, Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka
Mode: On -site 
Duration: 3 -6 Months Internship
Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end -to -end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.



Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed MBA, BBA, BBM, MSW, or any Graduation/Post -Graduation degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Recruitment and Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to interact confidently with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time -management skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a professional approach.
  • Must be available for a three month internship.
  • Must be fluent in Kannada, English.
  • Hands on Experience in Zoho Recruit is a plus.
