Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern . The role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience. You will play a key role in supporting the TA team in building a strong talent pipeline across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  Support the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruitment process.

  Source and screen profiles through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.

  
  


• 
  

  Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with the HR team on ad-hoc hiring-related projects.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.

  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
