Talent Partner-Interns

Skillenza is looking for a Recruiter to join our recruiting team as in Intern

As an Intern, your responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various open roles. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing potential candidates using both conventional, innovative ways and technology platforms like Github, Stack Overflow & LinkedIn, Naukri, and our internal database.


• Work closely with our client recruiter to understand open roles and implement the most effective sourcing strategies to identify the best talents for them.


• Partner with the product, marketing, design and technical team to make sure the client’s requirement is fulfilled.


• Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels


• Maintaining candidate trackers, weekly delivery reports, and strongly adhere to the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or equivalent experience.


• 0-6 months of experience in the recruitment industry will be added advantage


• Strong written and communication skills. Should be able to communicate directly with clients and be good in business emails.


• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and analyze the ROI.


• Out of the box/Creative thinking.


• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
