Job Description - Tally Support Intern

The Tally Support Executive plays a critical role in ensuring seamless client experience by delivering comprehensive technical and accounting support for Tally software. This position involves direct client engagement through remote and on -site support, training, and troubleshooting, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of queries related to accounting, GST, and software functionality. The executive is responsible for maintaining detailed records, updating dashboards, and preparing monthly MIS reports to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement. This role is essential for client retention, software adoption, and post -sales success.

Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve client queries related to Tally software
Provide remote and on -site (field) technical and functional support
Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients
Maintain and update Queries Sheet and Visit Sheet
Update Daily Dashboard with completed tasks and activities
Prepare and submit Monthly MIS and support reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues

Requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally software (Tally.ERP 9 and TallyPrime)
Experience in client support, training, or field service roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in MS Excel and documentation tools
Willingness to travel for field visits as required
