Job Description - Tech Sales Trainee - May 2025

Sankar Advanced Mobility Solutions (SAMS) is an innovative startup focused on manufacturing high -performance components for the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. At SAMS, we combine engineering excellence with a forward -looking approach to drive the future of sustainable mobility.
Role Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic engineering graduates to join our Tech Sales Trainee Program. This role bridges the gap between engineering and customer engagement, giving fresh talent the opportunity to understand EV technology while learning how to position and sell technical products to clients in automotive and mobility sectors.








Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and articulate the technical features and advantages of SAMS' EV parts and components.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and customer demos.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and client requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings, trade shows, and technical discussions with prospective customers.
  • Support the development of sales strategies, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Final -year or recently graduated B.E./B.Tech students (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).
  • Strong interest in EV technology, manufacturing, and technical sales.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with an eagerness to learn customer engagement.
  • Ability to quickly grasp product technicalities and translate them into customer value.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with customers directly.
