Job Description - Tech Support Intern

What You Will Be Doing:


We are looking for two highly motivated and tech-savvy Tech Support Interns with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with customers. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on technical understanding, and confidence in delivering product demos and support solutions effectively.


 


Day in the Life:



  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings

  • Troubleshoot product issues and escalate complex cases where required 

  • Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs

  • Document customer issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately 

  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams to relay customer insights 

  • Assist in product setup, configuration, and customer onboarding activities



 

Who You Are:

 

Required Qualifications:



  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) 

  • Strong customer-facing abilities with professional conversation handling 

  • Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting, SaaS, or IT support 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 


Preferred Qualifications: 



  • Tech Grads, 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support / Customer Service / Helpdesk roles

  • Prior exposure to product demos or technical walkthroughs 

  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new tools and technologies
