Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Engineer Trainee to join our project execution team. The ideal candidate will support senior engineers in daily site operations, learn construction methodologies, ensure quality standards, and gain hands-on experience in real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist site engineers and supervisors in daily project activities

  Monitor site progress and ensure timelines are met

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material and labor

  
  


• 
  

  Support in quality checks and reporting as per specifications

  
  


• 
  

  Help maintain project documentation and daily reports

  
  


• 
  

  Learn and adhere to safety and compliance standards

  
  


• 
  

  Attend technical meetings and training sessions

  
  


• 
  

  Provide updates and escalate issues to the reporting manager

  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  

  Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  
  


• 
  

  Basic knowledge of construction practices and materials

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication and teamwork skills

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to work on-site and learn under pressure

  Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience may apply
