Trainee - Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support the production team with daily task tracking, progress updates, and documentation.
  

• Coordinate effectively with artists, leads, and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow.
  

• Maintain production schedules, trackers, and project -related reports.
  

• Assist in organizing team meetings, follow -ups, and monitoring delivery timelines.
  

• Facilitate clear, efficient, and timely communication across departments.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong passion for VFX, CG, and Animation.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow -up abilities.
  

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
  

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
