Trainee - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Trainee to support our recruitment team throughout the hiring process. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands -on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and learning end -to -end talent acquisition practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and hiring processes.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure recruitment records are accurate and up to date.
  
• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
  
• Support the recruitment team with offer rollouts, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities.
  
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
  
• Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and best hiring practices.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (final -year students may also apply, if applicable).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus.
  
• Good organizational and time management skills.
  
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Talent Acquisition.
