Tsaaro Consulting’s Sales Cohort 2026

Make the Pivot. Enter the World of Cybersecurity, Privacy
& Enterprise Sales.

Are you looking to transition into a high -growth,
high -impact career in Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Enterprise Technology Sales  but don’t yet have structured exposure to enterprise selling?

Tsaaro Consulting is here to bridge that gap with our Sales
Cohort 2026
  - a specially designed Intern -to -Deployment initiative for
ambitious individuals who want to build a career at the intersection of Cyber,
Privacy, Compliance, and Revenue Leadership.

Position: Sales Apprentice

We are hiring for Noida and Bangalore.

Location: Noida | Bangalore

Program Duration: 6 Months

What is the Tsaaro Sales Cohort?

Tsaaro’s Sales Cohort is a structured, mentorship -driven
opportunity where you will learn, compete, and grow into a high -performing
Cyber & Privacy Sales professional — even if you are transitioning from
law, business, or another discipline.

This program bridges:

  • Legal
    & Compliance Knowledge

  • Cybersecurity
    & Privacy Technology

  • High -Stakes
    Enterprise Sales

You will undergo a 6 month intensive internship followed by
structured deployment into Cyber, Privacy, Sales, or Pre -Sales roles across the
Tsaaro ecosystem.

This is not a traditional internship.
This is a structured 2 -year career track designed to build future revenue leaders.

What You’ll Learn & Experience

You’ll receive structured training, real -world exposure, and
one -on -one mentorship to help you:

  • Understand
    cybersecurity and privacy frameworks such as GDPR, DPDP Act, ISO 27001,
    and ISO 27701

  • Learn
    enterprise sales methodologies and B2B solution positioning

  • Support
    RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations

  • Work
    alongside consulting and pre -sales teams on live opportunities

  • Develop
    objection handling, negotiation, and deal -closing skills

  • Contribute
    to revenue generation and client relationship management

You will gain exposure to PrivacyTech and Cyber tools while
interacting with real enterprise clients.

What You Need

  • A
    strong interest in cybersecurity, privacy, and enterprise sales

  • Hunger
    for performance -driven growth

  • Curiosity
    about how compliance, technology, and business intersect

  • A
    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Law / Commerce / Business preferred)

  • Strong
    communication, persuasion, and presentation skills

  • Comfort
    working in target -oriented, fast -paced environments

  • Willingness
    to relocate to Noida or Bangalore


Requirements

  • Early
    professionals (6 months –3 years experience) or career pivoters
  • Law
    graduates interested in tech and consulting
  • MBA
    graduates (Marketing / Sales / Strategy)
  • Sales
    professionals interested gaining knowledge in Cyber & Privacy
  • Individuals
    with strong analytical thinking and business acumen
  • Candidates
    comfortable with performance metrics and accountability
  • Demonstrated
    ambition to build a long -term career in revenue leadership
