A regulated entity with strong credentials
Atlas Consolidated Pte Ltd satisfies stringent corporate governance, operations, and regulatory integrity requirements to maintain licences from regulatory bodies, such as: 

• Monetary Authority of Singapore - Major Payment Institution licence and Financial Advisors licence
• Ministry of Law, Singapore - Regulated Precious Metals Dealers' licence 
• Visa Inc. - Principal Members Issuing license

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a UI Design Intern to join our forward-thinking, inquisitive 10-member Design team. Your skills in visual storytelling and UI will help shape exciting new ideas in the fintech space.

The team plays a critical role covering areas such as user research, user experience, interface design, branding, visual design, animation, and motion graphics. We believe the following qualities are important for someone in this position:

Scope of Work & Learning Opportunities

• Design inclusive financial experiences by improving accessibility in the design system.
• Dive into projects that empower users across regions by enhancing their financial literacy, planning, spending, saving, and investing.
• Learn alongside the team and design an engaging User Interface to bring delightfulness to the user’s experience.
• Experience in building a scalable UI design system.
• Learn to bring inclusivity into your design by language translation and following accessibility guidelines.
• Receive valuable feedback from various stakeholders in company-wide product review sessions, share ideas openly, and keep learning and growing. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact throughout your time with us.

Skills/knowledge you need

While this is an internship and does not require much prior experience, these are some skills and capabilities we believe make you relevant and capable of the role:

• Intermediate knowledge of design tools such as Figma and the Adobe suite.
• Graduated or in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Design, or has experience in a relevant UX/UI field.
• An approach of using First Principles for solving problems — simple or complex.
• Familiarity with UX and UI principles, processes, and systems.
• Ability to ideate, structure, and implement UI requirements
• Sensitivity towards brand language.
• Comfort with articulating your thoughts to communicate within and across teams.

Stipend
INR 35,000 / Monthly
