We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Zoho Consultant HRMS Intern to assist in the end-to-end implementation of HRMS solutions. The role involves understanding client requirements, supporting HRMS configuration, coordinating implementation projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring successful project through effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Assist in end-to-end HRMS implementation projects and client onboarding.
Understand client HR processes and gather business requirements for system implementation.
Support HRMS/Zoho configuration, implementation activities.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely updates.
Prepare implementation documents, project trackers, user manuals, and reports.
Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable HRMS solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
Requirements :
Recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
Knowledge of HRMS tools (Zoho preferred) is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
