Job Title: Intern Data Mining Data Analysis Email Marketing CRM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented intern to join our team and assist with data mining data analysis email marketing and CRM activities. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain handson experience in various aspects of digital marketing and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills a basic understanding of data manipulation and visualization techniques and a keen interest in learning about email marketing and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct data mining and research to gather information from various sources relevant to our target audience and market.
2. Assist in organizing and cleaning data sets for analysis including data entry data validation and data formatting tasks.
3. Perform basic data analysis and generate reports using spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel Google Sheets) to identify trends patterns and insights.
4. Support the email marketing team by assisting with email list management segmentation and campaign tracking.
5. Help create and schedule email campaigns using email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp Constant Contact).
6. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems including data entry contact management and pipeline tracking.
7. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data analysis email marketing and CRM.

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Marketing Business Economics Statistics or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
3. Basic understanding of data manipulation techniques and statistical analysis concepts.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets accurately.
5. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems is a plus but not required.
8. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fastpaced dynamic work environment.

Internship Duration: Min 3 months
