Accountant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ola Electric, a leading company in the electric mobility industry based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, is seeking a motivated and reliable Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work remotely and will be responsible for handling financial tasks such as preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and analyzing financial data. This position is at the Associate level and requires at least 3 years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements and reports - Manage budgets and financial forecasts - Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance - Handle accounts payable and receivable - Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information - Assist in financial audits and tax preparation - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with financial regulations - Communicate effectively with team members and other departments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 3+ years of experience in accounting - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong analytical skills - Innovative thinking - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
