Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cars24 is seeking a remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 2 years of experience in accounts payable who is looking to work independently and contribute to a growing company.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Maintain vendor relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting - Follow company policies and procedures related to accounts payable - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Resilient and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Presentation skills to effectively communicate financial information - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
